【摘要】：隨著我國汽車制造能力的提高，汽車的保有量在持續(xù)增長，加上物流業(yè)對交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的依賴，使得我國的道路交通事故數(shù)量在不斷增加。頻頻發(fā)生的道路交通事故不僅給人們的生活造成嚴(yán)重影響，同時大量的交通事故相關(guān)工作的處理也給交警及其相關(guān)人員帶來工作上的壓力。然而，現(xiàn)有的道路交通事故處理和責(zé)任認(rèn)定還是主要依靠人工操作與分析，因而帶有諸多的人為因素、不確定因素、不科學(xué)因素。雖然現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)外對交通事故現(xiàn)場再現(xiàn)技術(shù)有較多研究以及成型的軟件，但是其中仍然存在諸多問題，比如操作專業(yè)、技術(shù)復(fù)雜、交通事故類型不相符等等。因此，如何公正、快速、科學(xué)的處理交通事故，設(shè)計出一套符合相關(guān)單位實(shí)際情況的交通事故現(xiàn)場再現(xiàn)軟件，成為擺在道路管理與執(zhí)法人員面前的一個亟待解決的問題。 本文以山西省公安廳交警總隊(duì)交通事故現(xiàn)場再現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)為背景，針對交警總隊(duì)交通事故管理信息化建設(shè)中受到手工收集數(shù)據(jù)、人為計算碰撞距離、人為等因素影響較大，執(zhí)法結(jié)果并不客觀公正等問題，開展交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實(shí)施。通過構(gòu)建一個界面簡潔、操作方便、功能多樣的交通事故管理系統(tǒng)，并與事故再現(xiàn)處理過程中各個環(huán)節(jié)以及各個部門、管理模式等相關(guān)聯(lián)，，促使信息技術(shù)高效服務(wù)于事故處理，提高交通警察的工作效率。 針對上述問題，本文在深入分析交通事故特性的基礎(chǔ)上，以高速道路交通事故為主要的研究對象，對交通事故再現(xiàn)過程中所需要的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與模型作了研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下： 論文首先對有關(guān)交通事故再現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)的相關(guān)工作進(jìn)行了分析；接著，結(jié)合山西省公安廳交警總隊(duì)交通事故處理工作，從交通事故再現(xiàn)功能需求開始調(diào)研，細(xì)致整理和闡述了山西省公安廳交警總隊(duì)交通事故的現(xiàn)場全景重建、事故三維重建、事故過程模擬分析、案件卷宗發(fā)布等業(yè)務(wù)流程與功能需求，提出了山西省公安廳交警總隊(duì)交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件的建設(shè)目標(biāo)；再次，圍繞山西省公安廳交警總隊(duì)交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件的需求分析，研究并完成了系統(tǒng)的總體方案設(shè)計，包括架構(gòu)設(shè)計、功能設(shè)計、性能設(shè)計以及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計等；然后，通過構(gòu)建三層技術(shù)架構(gòu)，采用C/S軟件架構(gòu)、Windows MFC、OpenGL和3D MAX等技術(shù)，研究開發(fā)了包括交通事故的現(xiàn)場全景重建、事故三維重建、事故過程模擬分析、案件卷宗發(fā)布等四個功能子系統(tǒng)的交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件系統(tǒng)；最后，經(jīng)過全面、完整的系統(tǒng)測試，以及系統(tǒng)部署、實(shí)施與上線運(yùn)行，完成了交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)，并對交通事故再現(xiàn)軟件系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了全面總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of our country ' s automobile manufacturing ability , the quantity of automobile is increasing , and the logistics industry depends on the transportation industry , so that the number of road traffic accidents in our country is increasing . However , there are many problems such as the handling of traffic accidents and the handling of traffic accidents . However , there are many problems , such as the operation specialty , the technology complexity , the type of traffic accidents and so on . In this paper , the traffic accident reconstruction software system is designed and implemented in the background of the traffic accident scene reproduction service of the police chief of the public security bureau in Shanxi Province . The design and implementation of the software system for the traffic accident are carried out in the light of the problems that the traffic accident management information construction of the traffic police chief unit is large , the result of the law enforcement is not objective and fair , etc . , and the traffic accident reproduction software system is designed and implemented . In view of the above - mentioned problems , the paper studies and implements the key technology and model needed in the course of traffic accident reconstruction based on deeply analyzing the characteristics of traffic accidents . The main contents of this paper are as follows : Firstly , the paper analyzes the related work of traffic accident reproduction system and technology , and then , based on the investigation of traffic accident reconstruction function demand in Shanxi Province Public Security Bureau , this paper studies and develops the system ' s overall scheme design , including architecture design , function design , performance design and database design . Finally , through the comprehensive and complete system test , and the system deployment , implementation and online operation , the construction of the software system for traffic accident reproduction is completed , and the application effect of the traffic accident reproduction software system is summarized .
