【摘要】：物流綜合評價是推進物流可持續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑�；诮z綢之路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)產(chǎn)品外貿(mào)物流視角,構(gòu)建了涵蓋農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流目標維度、價值維度、協(xié)同維度、發(fā)展維度的宏觀外部維度以及標準與規(guī)范對接平臺、電子商務(wù)對接平臺、電子口岸對接平臺的微觀內(nèi)部平臺的7個二級指標與14個三級指標的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流綜合評價指標體系;并以絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶西部9個省份為例,利用因子分析法對絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)產(chǎn)品外貿(mào)物流進行綜合評價,通過聚類分析確定類型區(qū),提出絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶農(nóng)產(chǎn)品外貿(mào)物流可持續(xù)發(fā)展對策,為加強物流體系建設(shè)及絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶政策的實施提供有力參考。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive logistics evaluation is an effective way to promote the sustainable development of logistics. Agricultural products trade logistics from the perspective of Silk Road Economic Belt constructed based on micro internal platform covers the logistics of agricultural products in objective dimension, value dimension, dimension, dimension of the collaborative development of macro external dimensions and standard docking platform, e-commerce platform, electronic port docking docking platform for the 7 level two indexes and 14 level three the index of Agricultural Products Logistics comprehensive evaluation index system; and to the west of the 9 provinces Silk Road Economic Belt as an example, the foreign trade of agricultural products logistics Silk Road Economic Belt comprehensive evaluation was carried out by using the factor analysis method, determined by clustering analysis area, put forward agricultural trade logistics economic zone Sustainable Development Countermeasures of the Silk Road, to provide a powerful reference for strengthening the logistics system construction and implementation of the Silk Road Economic Zone policy.
