【摘要】：借助于全面質(zhì)量管理理論中的ＱＦＤ矩陣，本文提出了一種顧客導(dǎo)向的競爭戰(zhàn)略決策框架，它有效地將內(nèi)部競爭能力與外部競爭要素放在一起進(jìn)行分析與決策。文中還進(jìn)一步探討了其中的競爭要素的特征以及競爭沖擊曲線理論，，為有效地作出競爭戰(zhàn)略決策提供了基礎(chǔ)
[Abstract]:With the help of QFD matrix in total quality management theory, this paper proposes a customer-oriented competitive strategic decision-making framework, which effectively analyzes and makes decisions on internal competitiveness and external competitive elements. The characteristics of competitive elements and the theory of competitive impact curve are further discussed in this paper, which provides a basis for making competitive strategic decisions effectively.
