[Abstract]:The establishment of the leading authority of young cadres is related to the establishment of the authority of Gao Zhaoliang, but the corresponding leading authority does not necessarily follow when he holds a certain kind of leading position. The basic method of establishing leadership authority for young cadres is to strengthen the training of non-power qualities, such as character, knowledge, ability and so on, in the leading practice of market economy, to serve people with their own virtues and achievements, and to use their own exemplary actions and examples.
