【摘要】：正對于一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者來說,沒有調(diào)查研究,就意味著沒有決策權(quán)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)和工作主動(dòng)權(quán).對此人們的認(rèn)識是一致的,但真正做起來,不是擠不出時(shí)間,就是容易走馬觀花,流于形式.河南省南陽市委書記李清彪在擔(dān)任市里主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)兩年多時(shí)間里,跑遍了南陽200多個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)和100多個(gè)骨干企業(yè),許多思路和決策就是在這個(gè)過程中形成的,從而嘗到了深入實(shí)際調(diào)查研究的甜頭.談及體會(huì),他說——
[Abstract]:For a leader, the absence of research means no decision-making, leadership and work initiative. People's understanding of this is the same, but the real thing to do, either can not squeeze out of time, or easy to go around, mere formality. Li Qingbiao, secretary of the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee of Henan Province, has spent more than two years as the main leader of the city, running over more than 200 townships and more than 100 backbone enterprises in Nanyang, and many ideas and decisions were formed in this process. Thus tasted the sweetness of in-depth investigation and research. Talking about the experience, he said-
