【摘要】：正同事關系主要是指同級關系。同級之間往往目標一致、地位平等、接觸頻繁、相互依存。同事關系是重要的人際關系之一。實踐證明,建立良好的同事關系,既有助于進一步協(xié)調上下級之間的縱向關系,也有助于同級之間橫向關系的鞏固和發(fā)展,還可以為人們創(chuàng)造良好的人際環(huán)境,為發(fā)揮群體的智慧和力量提供前提條件。
[Abstract]:Positive co-worker relationship mainly refers to peer relationship. Peers tend to have the same goals, equal status, frequent contacts, and interdependence. Co-worker relationships are one of the most important relationships. Practice has proved that the establishment of a good co-worker relationship is not only conducive to the further coordination of the vertical relationship between the upper and lower levels, but also to the consolidation and development of the horizontal relationship between the same level, and it can also create a good interpersonal environment for people. Provide a prerequisite for bringing into play the wisdom and strength of the group.
