[Abstract]:As the leader of a unit or department, it is impossible for subordinates to be willing to obey a job, or to arrange a certain activity, and there are always individual subordinates who are choosy and thin, or who push it off. And this work of the "top cow" phenomenon often occurs in relatively fixed a few people. How to lead this part of the easy "top cow" of the subordinate, there is also a problem with the art of leadership. In order to solve the problem of "top cow" in work, and to lead the subordinates of "top cow" well, we must first divide it into three parts.
