【摘要】：團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作模式在日新月異的先進(jìn)技術(shù)手段的強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)下,不確定性與不穩(wěn)定性不斷增加,組織面臨的問題與挑戰(zhàn)便日趨復(fù)雜。單一的垂直領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式與英雄般的個(gè)人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式很難精準(zhǔn)把握?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)所處的復(fù)雜環(huán)境,也不容易解決組織內(nèi)部的多元矛盾,探索創(chuàng)新型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)形式,突破領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式的單一化瓶頸是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論研究的全新課題。轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國(guó)問題與挑戰(zhàn)日益復(fù)雜,社會(huì)矛盾逐漸加劇,傳統(tǒng)社區(qū)管理模式已難適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),全新的社會(huì)治理方式指日可待。本文就共享領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論在城市社區(qū)網(wǎng)格化管理模式中的應(yīng)用做出論述及探討。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of advanced technology, the uncertainty and instability of the team structure and the mode of team cooperation are increasing, and the problems and challenges faced by the organization are becoming more and more complicated. It is difficult for a single vertical leadership model and heroic individual leadership to accurately grasp the complex environment in which the team is located, nor is it easy to resolve the multiple contradictions within the organization and explore innovative forms of leadership. Breaking through the bottleneck of singleness of leadership style is a new subject of leadership theory research. The problems and challenges of China in the transitional period are becoming more and more complex and the social contradictions are getting more and more serious. The traditional community management mode is difficult to adapt to the trend of social development, and a new way of social governance can be expected in the near future. This paper discusses and discusses the application of shared leadership theory in urban community gridding management model.
