“終不自為大,故能成其大”——略談老子智慧與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)素養(yǎng)

【摘要】：正老子說:"以其終不自為大,故能成其大。"意思是,由于他(圣人)始終不自以為偉大,所以才成就了自己的偉大。老子認(rèn)為,一個人只有"終不自為大",才有可能成為偉大的人。對于"終不自為大",老子還有進一步的分析,就是"四不":"不自見,故明;不自是,故彰;不自伐,故有功;不自矜,故長。夫唯不爭,故天下莫能與之爭。"筆者認(rèn)為,老子的這"四不"可以給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在提升自己的素養(yǎng)方面以有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Zheng Laozi said: "because it will not be big, so it can become its big." It is because he never thinks he is great that he makes himself great. Laozi believes that a man can become a great man only if he "does not make himself big". Laozi has a further analysis of the "four noes": "if you do not see yourself, you will not see yourself, so you will not see yourself. You will not be self-righteous. You will not be able to fight with them. You will not be able to compete with them because you are not proud of yourself and you will not be able to fight with it." The author thinks that Laozi's "four noes" can give the leading cadres beneficial enlightenment in improving their own quality.
