【摘要】：正談到關(guān)系管理,人們似乎總有一種極其微妙的心態(tài),往往把關(guān)系管理等同于行賄受賄、走后門、開(kāi)綠燈等。實(shí)際上,只為短線目標(biāo)的相互利用,是完全失敗的關(guān)系管理,是關(guān)系管理五重境界中的下下之選。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者如果不能正確地理解關(guān)系管理,不僅會(huì)在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、組織能力和制度建設(shè)上陷入事倍功半的境地,甚至?xí)䦃櫲敕钦?dāng)關(guān)系圈、權(quán)力圈、貪腐圈,造成不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的負(fù)面影響和悲劇結(jié)局。關(guān)系的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力社會(huì)和組織的善治是不同管理模式的有效組合,
