【摘要】：本文以53個(gè)知識(shí)型工作團(tuán)隊(duì)中288名員工為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用多水平分析技術(shù),以跨文化研究中的核心維度——集體主義感知為切入點(diǎn),研究變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與員工群體效能感之間的作用機(jī)制,研究結(jié)果顯示:變革型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為顯著影響下屬的群體效能感,并且這種影響受到下屬的集體主義感知的中介作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes 288 employees in 53 knowledge work teams as the research object, using multi-level analysis technology, taking collectivism perception, the core dimension of cross-cultural research, as the breakthrough point. This paper studies the mechanism between transformational leadership behavior and employee group efficacy. The results show that transformational leadership behavior significantly affects subordinates' sense of group efficacy, and this influence is mediated by subordinates' collectivism perception.
