【摘要】：正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)繼任是一個非常復(fù)雜的過程。繼任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不管是內(nèi)部提升還是外單位調(diào)入,其與前任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)想、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)模式、管理風(fēng)格等方面都存在不同程度的差異,而且前任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在位時間越長,個人影響力越強(qiáng),繼任者與前任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的作風(fēng)差異越大,過渡的陰影效應(yīng)也就越明顯。如何迅速適應(yīng)新角色,努力踐行新職責(zé),平穩(wěn)度過沖突期,順利開創(chuàng)新局面,是對繼任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作能力和實踐經(jīng)驗的嚴(yán)峻考驗。 一、審時度勢,以清晰的思路進(jìn)入新角色 荀子說:"先事慮事,謂之接,接則事優(yōu)成;先患慮患,謂之豫,豫則
[Abstract]:It is a very complicated process to be in charge of succession. Succession leadership, whether internal promotion or external unit transfer, has different degrees from the former leader's strategic assumption, leadership model, management style and so on, and the longer the former leader is in office, the stronger his personal influence is. The more different the style of successors and former leaders, the more obvious the shadow effect of transition. How to adapt to the new role, to carry out the new duty, to pass the conflict smoothly and to create a new situation is a severe test to the work ability and practical experience of the successor leadership. First, judging the situation and taking a clear line of thought into the new role, Xunzi said: "the first thing to worry about is to follow it, and then the matter to succeed; first to worry about the situation, to call it Yu, and to do so."
