當(dāng)前中國人內(nèi)隱領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論研究
[Abstract]:In this study, the factors structure and characteristics of the current implicit leadership theory in China are discussed by means of questionnaire, evaluation and other methods. The relationship between implicit leadership factors and related factors is analyzed, and the Chinese implicit leadership evaluation scale is constructed. This study was conducted in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hangzhou, with a total sample of about 4700 people. The whole study is composed of five parts: (1) the structure and characteristics of the current implicit leadership theory in China are discussed by exploratory factor analysis. The results show that the current implicit leadership theory in China is still composed of four factors: goal validity, ability, personality and interpersonal ability. (2) construct the Chinese implicit leadership Evaluation scale. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it was determined that the new scale was composed of 19 items with 4 factors, and the reliability coefficient of the total scale was 0.8997. The reliability coefficients of each subscale were above 0.70. (3) using canonical correlation analysis, the implicit leadership factors and employees' sense of achievement, sense of belonging, engagement were discussed. The results show that implicit leadership has a significant predictive effect on the above six related factors, including personal character, and so on. Interpersonal ability mainly affects the degree of trust in leadership and the degree of trust in leadership. (4) the effects of demographic characteristics such as age, occupation and education on implicit leadership are discussed. (5) the analysis of the application of the scale shows that there are significant differences in the scores of implicit leadership factors between Shenzhen group and Guangzhou group, Hangzhou group, which may be related to regional culture.
