【摘要】：　提出基數(shù)型群體決策的匿名性、中立性、正響應性、非負響應性、強Pareto原則和局部非獨裁性等理性條件,證明了與群體懲罰評分方法相對應的群體懲罰評分映射滿足所有這些條件.
[Abstract]:The rational conditions such as anonymity, neutrality, positive response, non-negative response, strong Pareto principle and local non-autocracy of cardinality group decision-making are proposed. It is proved that the group penalty score mapping corresponding to the group penalty scoring method satisfies all these conditions.
