組織的正式化及其限度

【摘要】:正式化機制是以個體為基礎(chǔ)的組織形成特定目標、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能體,實現(xiàn)組織化的主要機制。正式化機制以個體特征為基礎(chǔ),可抽象為結(jié)構(gòu)化、規(guī)范化和角色化三種過程。個體特征和在此基礎(chǔ)上存在的非正式組織導致正式化本身存在限度。通過調(diào)節(jié)組織與個人、正式組織與非正式組織之間的矛盾和背離,把握組織一體化程度,既能滿足組織管理的效率、效用邏輯,又能同時實現(xiàn)個人發(fā)展和組織存續(xù)目標,實現(xiàn)組織與個人的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Formalization mechanism is the main mechanism for the organization based on individual to form a specific goal, structure, function and realize organization. The formalization mechanism is based on individual characteristics and can be abstracted into three processes: structured, standardized and role-based. Individual characteristics and the existence of informal organizations on this basis lead to formalization itself. By adjusting the contradictions and deviations between organizations and individuals, formal organizations and informal organizations, and grasping the degree of organizational integration, it can not only meet the efficiency and utility logic of organizational management, but also realize the goals of personal development and organizational survival at the same time. Realize the harmonious development of organization and individual.
