【摘要】：正"按你的意思辦"是以你為中心,讓你自己說出"做"的想法和步驟,在循循善誘中以一種相對柔和的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)思想和智慧的聯(lián)接。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"按你的意思辦"并不意味著完全放掉自己的底線,毫無見地的抓著別人辮子盲目前行就不能成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo),甚至不能當(dāng)好群眾,因?yàn)槿罕娫诮裉焓呛苡兴枷?很有想法的。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不能動不動就加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),就要求別人跟著自己走,這樣做的結(jié)果是沒有意義的,壓根形不成號召力和追隨力。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過程什么樣的情況才能"按你的意思辦",怎樣做才能自然地
