【摘要】：正當前,總體來看,女性領(lǐng)導干部的成長呈現(xiàn)出非常良好的態(tài)勢,但仍存在一些值得關(guān)注的問題,主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面:從個體因素看,女性領(lǐng)導干部多為非主動從政,被動從政傾向明顯;整體后備力量素質(zhì)有待提高;"女強人危機"也是應(yīng)引起普遍關(guān)注的問題。
