女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部成長(zhǎng)的阻礙因素探析

【摘要】:正當(dāng)前,總體來(lái)看,女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的成長(zhǎng)呈現(xiàn)出非常良好的態(tài)勢(shì),但仍存在一些值得關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:從個(gè)體因素看,女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部多為非主動(dòng)從政,被動(dòng)從政傾向明顯;整體后備力量素質(zhì)有待提高;"女強(qiáng)人危機(jī)"也是應(yīng)引起普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。
