【摘要】：走過20多年發(fā)展歷程的中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué),可以說正處于十字路口上。全球化浪潮不僅促使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動超越時空限制,而且凸現(xiàn)出東西方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論交流與對話的重要性。中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)要走出目前的困境,必須認(rèn)清肩負(fù)的使命,深入反思以往研究中存在的問題,密切關(guān)注西方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)研究的新領(lǐng)域與新熱點(diǎn),搭建中西學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺,在東西領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論的互通與共融中促進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論的創(chuàng)新,確立未來研究的總體思路。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of development, Chinese leadership can be said to be at a crossroads. The wave of globalization not only urges the leadership to transcend the limitation of time and space, but also highlights the importance of the theoretical exchange and dialogue between eastern and western leaders. In order to get out of the current predicament, China's leadership studies must clearly recognize the mission, reflect deeply on the problems existing in previous studies, pay close attention to the new fields and hot spots of western leadership studies, and build a platform for academic exchanges between China and the West. To promote the innovation of leadership theory and establish the general idea of future research in the intercommunion and integration of east-west leadership theory.
