【摘要】:人事測評、特別是企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理者的能力傾向測評由定性逐漸向定性與定量相結(jié)合過渡,是高層次人力資源管理科學化、現(xiàn)代化的必然要求。企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理者人力資源管理的定量研究成為發(fā)展的必然趨勢,是高科技革命帶來人事革命的大勢所趨。電子信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展為能力測評由定性到定性與定量相結(jié)合創(chuàng)造了條件。
[Abstract]:Personnel evaluation, especially the ability tendency evaluation of enterprise management managers, is a necessary requirement for the scientific and modern management of human resources at a high level. The quantitative study on human resource management of enterprise managers has become an inevitable trend of development and is the general trend of personnel revolution brought by high-tech revolution. The development of electronic information technology creates conditions for the ability evaluation from qualitative to qualitative and quantitative.
