公平啟發(fā)式理論及其運用

【摘要】:公平啟發(fā)式理論是組織公平研究中一個新理論,它主要涉及公平判斷的形成和使用問題。該理論認為,人們在面臨基本社會困境時會使用不同類型的與公平有關(guān)的信息,并快速作出公平判斷,這種判斷形成后,就會啟發(fā)人們并對人的行為起導向作用。因此,管理者在管理過程中不僅要重視分配公平,還要考慮分配決策過程的公平,即決策的公開性、一致性和無偏見性。
[Abstract]:The heuristic theory of fairness is a new theory in the study of organizational justice, which is mainly concerned with the formation and use of fair judgment. The theory holds that people will use different types of information related to fairness in the face of basic social difficulties, and make a fair judgment quickly. This kind of judgment will enlighten people and play a guiding role in human behavior. Therefore, in the process of management, managers should not only pay attention to the fairness of distribution, but also consider the fairness of the decision-making process, that is, the openness, consistency and non-bias of decision-making.
