ABC公司尾氣利用項(xiàng)目的多目標(biāo)決策分析

【摘要】: 層次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)是美國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)家Satty T.L.于70年代提出的一種定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的多目標(biāo)決策分析方法。其基本思路是:首先找出系統(tǒng)決策問(wèn)題所涉及因素,再按其關(guān)聯(lián)隸屬關(guān)系構(gòu)造遞階層次模型,,通過(guò)推理分析,對(duì)層次結(jié)構(gòu)中各元素之間相對(duì)重要性進(jìn)行判斷及排序計(jì)算,找到解決問(wèn)題最佳方案。由于它將決策者經(jīng)驗(yàn)予以量化,對(duì)目標(biāo)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜且缺乏必要數(shù)據(jù)的情況較為實(shí)用,及在分析和解決問(wèn)題時(shí)的簡(jiǎn)潔性、實(shí)用性和系統(tǒng)性,故這一方法值得在企業(yè)界特別是中小企業(yè)做決策時(shí)廣泛采用、推廣。 文章首先對(duì)ABC公司的黃磷生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,并對(duì)工藝存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了闡述,引出了對(duì)尾氣進(jìn)行凈化利用的必要性、尾氣凈化利用項(xiàng)目須考慮到的因素,以及凈化利用需要達(dá)到的技術(shù)要求,隨之,文章分別列出了成都化工設(shè)計(jì)院對(duì)凈化工段、各利用工段工藝流程的多套設(shè)計(jì)方案。 論文接著對(duì)各工段的不同設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了定性分析、評(píng)價(jià)與初步選擇,并在剩余方案基礎(chǔ)上組合出3套總的尾氣凈化利用方案,文章嘗試著對(duì)這些總凈化利用方案的主要技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)用專家評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行了量化,形成了尾氣利用項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 論文還對(duì)這些總的凈化利用方案對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)成本的降低量分別進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,作者在這些成本降低量的基礎(chǔ)上計(jì)算出了個(gè)方案主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益指標(biāo),形成了研究對(duì)象的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)體系。在第6章作者還對(duì)項(xiàng)目方案的社會(huì)效益進(jìn)行了分析、排序。 最后,論文用技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)、社會(huì)效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建出層次分析法結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并采用權(quán)值分配法對(duì)同一層次各元素關(guān)于上一層次中某個(gè)屬性重要程度進(jìn)行兩兩比較,從而構(gòu)造出符合一致性要求的判斷矩陣,并依據(jù)判斷矩陣計(jì)算被比較元素對(duì)于該屬性相對(duì)權(quán)值。然后應(yīng)用遞推原理自上而下地計(jì)算各層次元素對(duì)目標(biāo)層權(quán)值,直到得出最底層各方案對(duì)目標(biāo)層合成權(quán)值為止,并以據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)各方案涉及因素、指標(biāo)作了簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述,確定最終優(yōu)劣次序。 依據(jù)論文最后得出的方案優(yōu)劣次序,作者提出了對(duì)ABC公司尾氣利用方案的結(jié)論與建議。
[Abstract]:Analytic hierarchy process (Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP) is an American operational research scientist Satty T. L. A multi-objective decision analysis method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis was proposed in 1970's. The basic ideas are as follows: first, find out the factors involved in the system decision problem, then construct the hierarchical submodel according to its association and membership relationship, then judge and rank the relative importance among the elements in the hierarchical structure by reasoning and analysis, and calculate the relative importance among the elements in the hierarchy structure. Find the best solution to the problem. Because it quantifies the experience of decision makers, it is useful in situations where the objective structure is complex and the necessary data is lacking, and is concise, practical and systematic in the analysis and resolution of problems, Therefore, this method is worthy to be widely used and popularized in the business community, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises. In this paper, the production process of yellow phosphorus in ABC Company is introduced briefly, and the problems existing in the process are expounded. The necessity of purification and utilization of tail gas and the factors to be taken into account in the project of purification and utilization of tail gas are introduced. And the technical requirements of purification and utilization. Then, the paper lists several sets of design schemes for purification section and each utilization section process of Chengdu Chemical Engineering Design Institute. Then, qualitative analysis, evaluation and preliminary selection of different design schemes of each section are carried out, and three sets of total exhaust purification and utilization schemes are combined on the basis of the remaining schemes. This paper attempts to quantify the main technical evaluation indexes of these total purification and utilization schemes by means of expert evaluation method, and forms a technical evaluation index system for exhaust gas utilization projects. The paper also calculates the reduction of product production cost by these total purification and utilization schemes. Based on the cost reduction, the author calculates the main economic benefit index of the project. Formed the economic index system of the research object. In Chapter 6, the author also analyzes the social benefits of the project. Finally, the paper uses the technical evaluation index, the economic index, the social benefit evaluation index to construct the analytic hierarchy process structure model, and uses the weight value distribution method to carry on the pairwise comparison to each element of the same level regarding the certain attribute importance degree in the previous level. Thus, the judgment matrix which meets the consistency requirement is constructed, and the relative weight of the compared element to the attribute is calculated according to the judgment matrix. Then, the recursive principle is applied to calculate the weight of each level element to the target layer from top to bottom, until the synthesis weight of the lowest scheme to the target layer is obtained, and the factors involved in each scheme are briefly reviewed according to the calculation results. Determine the final order of advantage and disadvantage. According to the superior and inferior order of the scheme, the author puts forward the conclusion and suggestion of the exhaust gas utilization scheme of ABC Company.
