中層干部凝聚下屬心力的方法

【摘要】:正在參與公司組織的學(xué)習(xí)《領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)》雜志中《中層干部如何成為中堅(jiān)力量》一文后,我感受頗深:觀念左右思想,思想決定行為,行為導(dǎo)致結(jié)果。結(jié)合工作,我也談點(diǎn)中層管理工作的體會(huì)。一、要與下屬進(jìn)行深入的心理
[Abstract]:After participating in the study of "how the Middle-level cadres become the backbone" in the journal "leadership Science", I feel deeply that ideas influence thoughts, thoughts determine behavior, and behavior leads to results.
