【摘要】:基于學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論,模擬自組織、自學(xué)習(xí)、自適應(yīng)特征映射神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,構(gòu)建領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力實驗室教學(xué)模式,以頭腦風(fēng)暴伴隨發(fā)散和收斂思維過程,激發(fā)創(chuàng)造性地解決方案、拓展可能采取的行動路線,并以此模式開展有效的教學(xué)實驗。
[Abstract]:Based on the learning organization theory, the neural network model of self-organization, self-learning and adaptive feature mapping is simulated, and the teaching model of leadership laboratory is constructed. The brainstorming is accompanied by divergent and convergent thinking process to stimulate creative solutions. Expand the possible course of action and carry out effective teaching experiments in this model.
