【摘要】：基于Yu的個(gè)人慣域理論,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)慣域是指領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)由穩(wěn)定的知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、思想構(gòu)成的潛在能力和實(shí)際表現(xiàn),但有外界信息或內(nèi)部思考介入時(shí),其能力和表現(xiàn)可能在一定時(shí)期內(nèi)發(fā)生變化.本研究在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)慣域概念的基礎(chǔ)上,探究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)慣域形成和擴(kuò)展的演進(jìn)過(guò)程.
[Abstract]:Based on the personal inertial domain theory of Yu, the leadership inertial domain refers to the potential ability and actual performance of a leader composed of stable knowledge, experience, and thought within a certain period of time, but when there is outside information or internal thinking, Its ability and performance may change within a certain period of time. Based on the concept of the leadership inertial domain, this study explores the evolution of the formation and expansion of the leadership inertial domain.
