【摘要】：干部道德人格作為人的一種社會屬性,是深受環(huán)境和社會的各種體制影響的。政治、道德融為一體的干部教育體制難于對干部進行系統(tǒng)的道德教育,助成道德人格的確立、完善;形式、制度約束對道德人格確立具有重要的制約作用,但現(xiàn)階段我們對此重視不夠。提高干部的道德人格,首先要切近干部自身和職業(yè)的需要,其次要進行獨立的系統(tǒng)的政治道德教育。制度約束最重要的是把好入口關(guān),防止道德人格低下的人被提升。
[Abstract]:As a kind of social attribute, cadre's moral personality is deeply influenced by various systems of environment and society. The cadre education system which integrates politics and morality is difficult to carry on the systematic moral education to the cadre, helps to establish and consummate the moral personality; Formal and institutional constraints play an important role in the establishment of moral personality, but we do not pay enough attention to them at present. In order to improve the moral personality of cadres, it is necessary to pay close attention to the needs of the cadres themselves and their profession, and to carry out independent and systematic political and moral education. The most important thing of institutional restraint is to close the entrance to prevent the moral personality from being promoted.
