【摘要】：正作為下屬,一旦領(lǐng)導對自己形成了不好的印象,繼而產(chǎn)生成見,失去領(lǐng)導的信任,自然是一件很不幸的事情。因為作為領(lǐng)導,在很大程度上決定著下屬的升遷,把握著下屬的利益得失,領(lǐng)導對下屬產(chǎn)生成見,
[Abstract]:As subordinates, once the leadership formed a bad impression of themselves, and then developed stereotypes, the loss of leadership trust, it is naturally a very unfortunate thing. Because as a leader, to a large extent, it determines the promotion of subordinates, holds the benefits and losses of subordinates, and the leaders have stereotypes about subordinates.
