【摘要】：正目前我國經(jīng)濟增長率雖然處于合理區(qū)間,但離潛在增長率下限已很近。發(fā)展是第一要務,沒有一定的GDP增長,改善民生將無從談起,當前應采取有效調(diào)控措施,促使經(jīng)濟增長率止跌企穩(wěn)。財政作為國家治理的基礎和重要支柱,面對穩(wěn)增長之治理目標,理應發(fā)揮更大、更積極的作用。一、積極財政政策應適時加大力度,著力支持穩(wěn)投資、促創(chuàng)新、惠
[Abstract]:At present, although the economic growth rate of our country is in a reasonable range, it is very close to the lower limit of potential growth rate. Development is the first priority, without certain GDP growth, it will be impossible to improve people's livelihood. At present, effective control measures should be taken to promote the economic growth rate to stop falling and stabilize. As the foundation and important pillar of national governance, finance should play a bigger and more active role in the face of the goal of stable growth. First, the active fiscal policy should be strengthened in due course, and efforts should be made to support stable investment, promote innovation and benefit.
