【摘要】：正創(chuàng)新是歷史進步的動力、時代發(fā)展的關鍵。"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展新理念,把創(chuàng)新提到首要位置,充分體現(xiàn)了以習近平同志為核心的黨中央把握發(fā)展規(guī)律的再深化和新飛躍,對新常態(tài)下我們做好各項工作具有極其重要的指導意義。各級國庫要把創(chuàng)新放在國庫業(yè)務發(fā)展全局的核心位置,全面實施創(chuàng)新、驅(qū)動、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,著力推進理論、制度、科技、管理等各方面創(chuàng)新,努力建設創(chuàng)新型國庫,
[Abstract]:Positive innovation is the driving force of historical progress and the key to the development of the times. The five new concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" have fully reflected the further deepening and new leap of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in grasping the law of development, which is of great guiding significance for us to do a good job in all kinds of work under the new normal. Treasury at all levels should put innovation at the core of the overall development of treasury business, comprehensively implement innovation, drive, and develop strategies, focus on promoting innovation in theory, system, science and technology, management, and so on, and strive to build an innovative treasury.
