【摘要】：小微企業(yè)在推動我國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。我國相繼出臺了一系列扶持小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的財稅政策,然而現(xiàn)階段,小微企業(yè)的所得稅優(yōu)惠政策還僅限于繳納企業(yè)所得稅的法人型小型微利企業(yè),對于繳納個人所得稅的個體工商戶、個人獨資企業(yè)和合伙企業(yè)等非法人型的小微企業(yè)缺乏考慮。本文對小微企業(yè)所得稅存在的問題進行分析,并提出擴大小微企業(yè)所得稅稅收優(yōu)惠幅度和范圍、完善適合非法人型小微企業(yè)的所得稅優(yōu)惠制度等具體建議。
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in promoting the social and economic development of our country. China has issued a series of fiscal and tax policies to support the development of small and micro enterprises one after another. however, at this stage, the preferential income tax policies of small and micro enterprises are limited to the legal person type small micro profit enterprises that pay enterprise income tax. There is a lack of consideration for illegal small and micro enterprises, such as individual industrial and commercial households, sole proprietorship enterprises and partnership enterprises, which pay personal income tax. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the income tax of small and micro enterprises, and puts forward some concrete suggestions, such as expanding the scope and scope of tax preference of income tax of small and micro enterprises, and perfecting the preferential system of income tax suitable for non-legal small and micro enterprises.
