【摘要】：正財(cái)政貨幣關(guān)系,不僅表現(xiàn)在信用貨幣時代財(cái)政是貨幣發(fā)行的信用保障,而且表現(xiàn)在財(cái)政政策和貨幣政策是宏觀調(diào)控不可或缺的重要手段。新常態(tài)下,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式和收入分配模式都發(fā)生了變化,財(cái)政貨幣關(guān)系必然要做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。過去中國財(cái)政貨幣關(guān)系中的"缺位"與"越位"改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì),并發(fā)揮后發(fā)優(yōu)勢,總體保持
[Abstract]:The positive relationship between finance and currency is not only the credit guarantee of monetary issue in the era of credit and currency, but also the important means of macro-control in fiscal policy and monetary policy. Under the new normal, the pattern of economic growth and income distribution have changed, and the relationship between finance and currency must be adjusted accordingly. Since the "absence" and "offside" reform and opening-up of China's fiscal and monetary relations in the past, China's economy has been rapidly integrated into the world economy, giving full play to its advantages in the late development and maintaining the overall status of the world economy.
