【摘要】：資金使用績效越來越受到社會的關(guān)注�？冃ПO(jiān)督評價是績效預算管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),是推動實現(xiàn)資金使用績效的重要抓手。財政監(jiān)督工作亟需轉(zhuǎn)型,其工作重點應由側(cè)重檢查合規(guī)性向合規(guī)性檢查與檢查績效性并重轉(zhuǎn)變。應調(diào)動財政部門內(nèi)部各相關(guān)機構(gòu)的積極性,統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào),合理分工,形成監(jiān)管合力,不斷構(gòu)建績效監(jiān)督評價工作機制,進一步提高資金使用效益。
[Abstract]:The performance of capital use has been paid more and more attention by the society. Performance supervision and evaluation is an important link of performance budget management, and it is an important hand to promote the performance of fund use. Financial supervision is in urgent need of transformation, and the focus of its work should be changed from focusing on inspection compliance to compliance inspection and performance inspection. It is necessary to mobilize the enthusiasm of the relevant organizations in the financial department, to coordinate with each other, to divide the labor reasonably, to form the supervision and cooperation force, to construct the working mechanism of performance supervision and evaluation, and to further improve the efficiency of using funds.
