【摘要】：一直以來,財稅政策都是鼓勵科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要方式之一,本文通過研究我國科技創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了我國鼓勵科技創(chuàng)新財稅政策存在的問題,在借鑒發(fā)達國家鼓勵創(chuàng)新財稅政策經驗及發(fā)展趨勢的基礎上,對我國鼓勵創(chuàng)新財稅政策的完善,提出建議和設想。
[Abstract]:Finance and tax policy has always been one of the important ways to encourage the development of science and technology innovation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the policy of encouraging science and technology innovation in our country by studying the present situation of the development of our country's science and technology innovation. On the basis of the experience and development trend of encouraging innovative fiscal and tax policies in developed countries, suggestions and ideas are put forward to improve the policies of encouraging innovative fiscal and tax policies in our country.
