【摘要】：基于ECFA效應(yīng),深化對兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)域布局的影響與訴求,本文認(rèn)為,在ECFA框架下借助中國大陸爭取廣闊的國際市場是臺灣產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、企業(yè)生存的必經(jīng)之路。為此,大陸西部邊境地區(qū)是ECFA條件下臺灣拓展國際市場的必然區(qū)域選擇。在此認(rèn)識下,本文重點(diǎn)論述了西部邊境地區(qū)對臺經(jīng)濟(jì)合作應(yīng)選擇的優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè),相應(yīng)提出了支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的財(cái)稅政策體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the ECFA effect, deepening the influence and demand to the regional distribution of cross-strait economic cooperation, this paper holds that it is the only way for Taiwan's industrial development and enterprises' survival to strive for a broad international market with the help of the mainland of China under the framework of ECFA. Therefore, the western border area of mainland China is an inevitable regional choice for Taiwan to expand its international market under the condition of ECFA. Under this understanding, this paper focuses on the dominant industries that should be chosen for economic cooperation with Taiwan in the western border areas, and puts forward the fiscal and tax policy system to support the development of industrial clusters accordingly.
