【摘要】：正2014年12月4日,中國財政學(xué)會第八屆理事會第六次常務(wù)理事會議在京召開,在京常務(wù)理事出席會議。與會常務(wù)理事暢談了學(xué)習(xí)黨的十八屆四中全會精神的體會,謝旭人會長發(fā)表了重要講話,常務(wù)理事會研究決定了學(xué)會的有關(guān)事項。王保安副部長主持會議。一、與會常務(wù)理事談學(xué)習(xí)黨的十八屆四中全會精神體會副會長、中國社會科學(xué)院副院長李揚認(rèn)為,依法治國的前提是依憲治國,一切組織、個人應(yīng)在憲法和法治的框架內(nèi)活動。以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央身體力行,
[Abstract]:On December 4, 2014, the sixth executive board meeting of the eighth Council of the Chinese Fiscal Association was held in Beijing and attended by the executive director in Beijing. The standing directors of the meeting spoke freely about the experience of studying the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and President Xie Xuren delivered an important speech, and the standing Council studied and decided on the relevant issues of the Society. Vice Minister Wang Security presided over the meeting. First, the executive directors attending the meeting talked about learning from the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and Li Yang, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, held that the prerequisite for governing the country according to law is to govern the country according to the Constitution, and all organizations and individuals should act within the framework of the Constitution and the rule of law. The Party Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has acted in practice.
