【摘要】：農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼作為促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化,改變我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化水平偏低現(xiàn)狀的重要手段,一直是我國農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的熱點(diǎn)。“過去看產(chǎn)品,現(xiàn)在看補(bǔ)貼”是當(dāng)前農(nóng)機(jī)市場最為流行的一句話,它從側(cè)面反映出農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿之間存在著非常緊密的聯(lián)系�，F(xiàn)有關(guān)于農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿的影響因素的相關(guān)研究多數(shù)是從農(nóng)戶自然因素特征、家庭現(xiàn)狀特征、政策因素等方面宏觀地定性分析,然而,重點(diǎn)從政府農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿關(guān)系的定量研究卻鮮有針對性的論述。論文充分利用麻陽苗族自治縣統(tǒng)計局相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)統(tǒng)計年鑒現(xiàn)有資料,并實(shí)地走訪農(nóng)戶調(diào)查問卷獲取原始數(shù)據(jù),在此基礎(chǔ)之上綜合分析該縣農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化建設(shè)情況、建設(shè)目標(biāo)、完成現(xiàn)狀等基礎(chǔ)性工作,提取農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿關(guān)系相關(guān)變量。利用數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件SPSS19.0中文版,對問卷調(diào)查中的有效數(shù)據(jù)做了農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析。其研究結(jié)果表明,在初始模型中的六個變量中,“小型農(nóng)機(jī)具補(bǔ)貼”這一變量對于農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼與農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿的影響不具有顯著性,其他五個變量對于農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿的影響均具有正向相關(guān)性,其影響大小依次為：農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼額度農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼操作程序農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼經(jīng)費(fèi)發(fā)放效率農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼方式農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼經(jīng)銷商的規(guī)范性。同時借助主成分分析的結(jié)果,論文提出了規(guī)范農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼經(jīng)銷商的商業(yè)行為、創(chuàng)新農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼方式、簡化農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼操作程序、提高農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼額度和切實(shí)提高農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼經(jīng)費(fèi)發(fā)放效率等策略,有利于提高農(nóng)機(jī)補(bǔ)貼對于農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機(jī)投入意愿的積極性。
[Abstract]:As an important means to promote agricultural mechanization and to change the current situation of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural machinery subsidy has been a hot topic in agricultural economy research in China. "looking at products in the past and subsidies now" is the most popular sentence in the agricultural machinery market at present. It reflects that there is a very close relationship between agricultural machinery subsidies and farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery. Most of the existing researches on the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery are based on the macroscopic qualitative analysis of the characteristics of farmers' natural factors, the characteristics of family status and policy factors, etc., however, The quantitative research on the relationship between government farm machinery subsidies and farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery is seldom discussed. The paper makes full use of the existing data of the relevant agricultural statistics yearbooks of the Bureau of Statistics of Mayang Miao Autonomous County, and visits the farmers' questionnaire to obtain the original data. On this basis, it synthetically analyzes the agricultural mechanization construction situation and the construction goal of the county. To complete the current situation and other basic work, extraction of agricultural machinery subsidies and farmers' willingness to invest variables related to agricultural machinery. Using the Chinese version of data processing software SPSS19.0, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between farm machinery subsidies and farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery. The results show that, of the six variables in the initial model, "small farm machinery subsidy" has no significant effect on farm machinery subsidies and farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery. The other five variables have positive correlation to the farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery. The order of influence is as follows: agricultural machinery subsidy quota agricultural machinery subsidy operation program agricultural machinery subsidy fund distribution efficiency agricultural machinery subsidy mode agricultural machinery subsidy dealer standard. At the same time, with the results of principal component analysis, the paper puts forward to standardize the commercial behavior of agricultural machinery subsidy dealers, innovate the way of agricultural machinery subsidies, and simplify the operating procedures of agricultural machinery subsidies. The strategies of increasing the amount of agricultural machinery subsidy and increasing the efficiency of agricultural machinery subsidy fund distribution will help to improve the enthusiasm of agricultural machinery subsidy for farmers' willingness to invest in agricultural machinery.
