【摘要】：正2010年第一次中央新疆工作座談會(huì)召開以來,自治區(qū)突出體制、機(jī)制和制度創(chuàng)新,不斷加快企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和發(fā)展壯大步伐,一大批企業(yè)逐步建立健全了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理制度,基本形成了產(chǎn)權(quán)明晰、管理健全的現(xiàn)代經(jīng)營體制機(jī)制,具備了一定的科技研發(fā)和自主創(chuàng)新能力,市場參與度和競爭力明顯增強(qiáng)。自治區(qū)財(cái)政積極籌措資金,認(rèn)真落實(shí)政策,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)財(cái)政宏觀調(diào)控,不斷提高服務(wù)和支持企業(yè)改革發(fā)展的能力,取得了新的突破。
[Abstract]:Since the first Central Xinjiang work Symposium was held in 2010, the autonomous region has highlighted the innovation of its system, mechanism and system, continuously quickened the pace of enterprise transformation, upgrading and development, and a large number of enterprises have gradually established and improved the modern enterprise management system. It has basically formed the modern management system mechanism with clear property right and sound management, has certain scientific and technological research and development and independent innovation ability, the market participation degree and the competition ability obviously enhanced. New breakthroughs have been made in raising funds, conscientiously implementing policies, strengthening fiscal macro-control, and constantly improving the ability to serve and support the reform and development of enterprises.
