【摘要】：唐宋是中國古代科技最發(fā)達(dá)的時(shí)期,在諸多領(lǐng)域都處于當(dāng)時(shí)世界的領(lǐng)先水平。本文分析了這一時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展環(huán)境及政府推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新的具體行為,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn):唐宋時(shí)期科技繁榮不是偶發(fā)的,也不是依靠政府簡(jiǎn)單的資金支持,深層次原因是政府營造了有利于創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境。如通過有效的制度環(huán)境,激勵(lì)了科技創(chuàng)新行為;通過市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,為科技創(chuàng)新的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了平臺(tái);通過良好的社會(huì)文化環(huán)境,為科技創(chuàng)新提供了氛圍。同時(shí),我們也發(fā)現(xiàn),正是封建社會(huì)體制和機(jī)制的局限性,制約了當(dāng)時(shí)科技發(fā)展的高度和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Tang and Song dynasties were the most developed period of Chinese ancient science and technology, in many fields are in the world's leading level at that time. This paper analyzes the economic and social development environment of this period and the specific behavior of the government to promote scientific and technological innovation, and finds out that the prosperity of science and technology in the Tang and Song dynasties was not accidental, nor was it supported by simple government funds. The deep reason is that the government has created an environment conducive to innovation. For example, through the effective institutional environment, the scientific and technological innovation behavior is encouraged; through the market environment, it provides a platform for the realization of scientific and technological innovation; through a good social and cultural environment, it provides an atmosphere for scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, we also found that it was the limitation of feudal society system and mechanism that restricted the height and quality of the development of science and technology at that time.
