【摘要】：文章以轉(zhuǎn)移支付分配的決定因素為研究對(duì)象,利用2000~2009年的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),分析了公平性因素、政治性因素以及財(cái)政因素對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移支付分配的影響。結(jié)果顯示,目前階段轉(zhuǎn)移支付分配更多地關(guān)注了短期效應(yīng),例如自然災(zāi)害的損失、政治局席位、財(cái)政供養(yǎng)人口等;而忽視了長(zhǎng)期效應(yīng),如對(duì)地區(qū)間差異、民族成分則缺乏必要的關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the decisive factors of transfer payment distribution as the research object and analyzes the influence of fairness, political factors and financial factors on the transfer payment allocation by using the inter-provincial panel data from 2000 to 2009. The results show that the transfer payment allocation at the present stage pays more attention to the short-term effects, such as the loss of natural disasters, political bureau seats, financial support for the population and so on; Long-term effects, such as regional differences, lack of necessary attention to ethnic components.
