【摘要】：正全國人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì):我受國務(wù)院委托,向全國人大常委會(huì)提出2016年中央決算報(bào)告和中央決算草案,請(qǐng)審查。一、2016年中央決算情況2016年,面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境,在以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,各地區(qū)、各部門深入貫徹中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議精神和《政府工作報(bào)告》部署,認(rèn)真落實(shí)十二屆全國人大四次會(huì)議有關(guān)決議要求以及全國人大財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)
