【摘要】：正6月7日,國務院第175次常務會議又審議通過了進一步清理規(guī)范涉企政府性收費的政策措施。一是在工程建設領域進一步清理規(guī)范保證金,將工程質量保證金預留比例上限由5%降為3%。二是在能源領域清理規(guī)范政府非稅收入電價附加。取消工業(yè)企業(yè)結構調整專項資金;將國家重大水利工程建設基金和大中型水庫移民后期扶持基金征收標準降低25%。三是"十三五"期間暫免征銀行業(yè)和保險業(yè)2項監(jiān)管費。四是降低無線電頻率占用費、水土保持補償費等6項行政事業(yè)性收費標準。上述措施,自7月1
[Abstract]:On June 7 th, the 175th executive meeting of the State Council also approved the policy measures to further clean up government fees and charges related to enterprises.
