打造具有湖南特色的預(yù)決算公開機(jī)制

【摘要】：正近年來,按照中央和省委省政府部署安排,湖南省級(jí)預(yù)決算公開工作積極推進(jìn),一方面,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行中央相關(guān)規(guī)定,做到預(yù)決算公開不走樣;另一方面,主動(dòng)拓展創(chuàng)新,在部分領(lǐng)域先行先試,體現(xiàn)湖南預(yù)決算公開特色,并盡量將公開以制度的形式固定下來,形成長(zhǎng)期有效的工作機(jī)制,預(yù)決算公開工作取得了積極成效。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in accordance with the arrangements of the Central Committee and the provincial party committee and government, the work of opening up budget and final accounts at the Hunan level has been actively promoted. On the one hand, the relevant provisions of the central authorities should be strictly implemented to keep the budget and final accounts open; on the other hand, it is necessary to actively expand innovation. First try in some fields, reflect the characteristics of Hunan budget and final accounts disclosure, and try to make the disclosure in the form of system to form a long-term effective working mechanism, the work of open budget and final accounts has achieved positive results.
