【摘要】：正為深入貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八屆三中、四中全會(huì)精神,按照深化財(cái)稅體制改革、實(shí)施公開(kāi)透明預(yù)算制度的總體部署,根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》、《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法實(shí)施條例》、《中華人民共和國(guó)政府信息公開(kāi)條例》、《黨政機(jī)關(guān)厲行節(jié)約反對(duì)浪費(fèi)條例》等法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定,近日,財(cái)政部發(fā)布《關(guān)于做好政府采購(gòu)信息公開(kāi)工作的通知》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《通知》),對(duì)信息公開(kāi)的重要性,公開(kāi)范圍、渠道、主體,項(xiàng)目信息全過(guò)程公開(kāi)等做出明確規(guī)定,成
