【摘要】：本文基于525戶農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析法和層次分析法構(gòu)建農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼認(rèn)知程度評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并進(jìn)行測度。基于測度結(jié)果,運(yùn)用多元回歸分析對不同類型農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼政策認(rèn)知程度的相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行分析,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):戶主受教育水平、人均年收入水平、農(nóng)戶對當(dāng)?shù)鼗A(chǔ)設(shè)施的滿意程度、信息獲取暢通程度等因素對所有農(nóng)戶農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼政策認(rèn)知程度具有顯著影響。因此,政府在制定農(nóng)業(yè)補(bǔ)貼政策時(shí)應(yīng)充分考慮補(bǔ)貼的激勵性、適用性,同時(shí)應(yīng)加大政策宣傳力度,積極執(zhí)行,確保政策的時(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 525 peasant households, this paper uses factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation index system of farmers' agricultural subsidy cognition, and measures it. Based on the measurement results, this paper uses multiple regression analysis to analyze the related factors of the cognitive level of agricultural subsidy policy of different types of farmers, and finds that: the education level of the head of household, the level of annual income per capita, The degree of satisfaction of farmers with local infrastructure and the degree of unimpeded access to information have a significant impact on the cognition of agricultural subsidy policy of all farmers. Therefore, the government should give full consideration to the incentive and applicability of the subsidy when formulating the agricultural subsidy policy, at the same time, it should strengthen the propaganda of the policy, carry out the policy actively, and ensure the timeliness of the policy.
