【摘要】：正為確保國家強農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策落到實處,保障強農(nóng)惠農(nóng)資金安全和高效使用,按照財政部關(guān)于開展鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財政資金就地就近監(jiān)管工作的要求,近兩年來,江蘇省各級財政部門高度重視,縣鄉(xiāng)財政各負(fù)其責(zé),扎實開展工作,就地就近監(jiān)管工作取得了明顯成效。全省鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財政資金監(jiān)管各項工作呈現(xiàn)監(jiān)管覆蓋面寬、納入監(jiān)管的資金量大、縣鄉(xiāng)聯(lián)動協(xié)調(diào)性強、監(jiān)管質(zhì)量和效果好的特點。就地就近監(jiān)管工作扎實有效推進(jìn)截至2014年底,全省102個縣(市、區(qū))全部傳遞了資金監(jiān)管信息,1099個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)全部開展了監(jiān)管工作。全省納入鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)財政資金監(jiān)管的項目有52296個,平均每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)48個,監(jiān)管總額1389.8億元,平均每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)1.27億元。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the implementation of the national policy of strengthening agriculture and benefiting agriculture, and to ensure the safe and efficient use of the funds of farmers and farmers, and in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance for the local supervision of township financial funds, in the past two years, The financial departments at all levels in Jiangsu Province attach great importance to it, and the county and township finance have their respective responsibilities, and they have carried out their work in a down-to-earth manner, and the local supervision and control has achieved remarkable results. The supervision of township financial funds in the province is characterized by wide coverage of supervision, large amount of funds brought into supervision, strong coordination of county and township linkage, and good quality and effect of supervision. By the end of 2014, 102 counties (cities and districts) in the province had all transmitted information on capital supervision, and 1099 townships and towns had carried out supervision work. The total amount of supervision and control is 138.98 billion yuan, and the average is 127 million yuan per township.
