【摘要】：正社會(huì)保障資金是國(guó)家和社會(huì)用于社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)福利、社會(huì)救濟(jì)和公費(fèi)醫(yī)療事業(yè)等項(xiàng)目的資金的總和,是國(guó)家和社會(huì)通過(guò)立法對(duì)國(guó)民收入進(jìn)行分配和再分配,對(duì)社會(huì)成員特別是生活有特殊困難的人們的基本生活權(quán)利給予保障的基礎(chǔ)。近年來(lái),廣西各級(jí)財(cái)政部門(mén)立足崗位,勇于創(chuàng)新,攻堅(jiān)克難,積極調(diào)整和優(yōu)化支出結(jié)構(gòu),優(yōu)先保障民生支出,全區(qū)社會(huì)保障支出保持了較快的增長(zhǎng)速度,
[Abstract]:Positive social security funds are the sum of funds used by the state and society for social insurance, social welfare, social relief and public medical services. They are the distribution and redistribution of national income by the state and society through legislation. Social members, especially those with special difficulties, are guaranteed the basic right to live. In recent years, the financial departments at all levels in Guangxi have the courage to make innovations, overcome difficulties, adjust and optimize the expenditure structure, give priority to protecting the people's livelihood, and the social security expenditure of the whole region has maintained a relatively rapid growth rate.
