【摘要】：公共關系管理是推進稅收治理現(xiàn)代化進程中不可或缺的重要工作。本文運用公共關系管理的理論工具,重點剖析了當前稅務部門公共關系管理存在的五個突出問題,并就如何加強稅務部門與納稅人、新聞媒體、黨政部門等社會公眾的關系管理。提出了五方面對策建議,為進一步推動稅務部門公共關系管理提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Public relations management is an indispensable and important work in the modernization of tax administration. Using the theoretical tools of public relations management, this paper focuses on the analysis of five outstanding problems existing in the public relations management of tax departments, and discusses how to strengthen the tax departments, taxpayers and news media.
