【摘要】：正近年來(lái),伴隨著沿海地區(qū)勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)向內(nèi)陸地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)成為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新現(xiàn)象。2015年6月國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布《關(guān)于支持農(nóng)民工等人員返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的意見(jiàn)》(國(guó)辦發(fā)[2015]47號(hào)),旨在培育經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展新動(dòng)力,催生改善民生、調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的新動(dòng)能,使農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)成為統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。一、以財(cái)政投資帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)首先,加大對(duì)農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施(如道路、水利等)
[Abstract]:In recent years, along with the shift of labor-intensive industries from coastal areas to inland areas, In June 2015, the State Council issued "opinions on supporting migrant Workers and others to return to their Countryside to start their own businesses" (the State Administration issued [2015] 47), aimed at fostering new impetus for economic and social development and promoting the improvement of people's livelihood. Adjusting the economic structure and promoting the social harmony and stability of the new kinetic energy, so that migrant workers returning home to start a business become an important driving force for urban and rural economic development. First, with financial investment to encourage migrant workers to return home to start a business, first of all, to increase the rural infrastructure (such as roads, water conservancy, etc.)
