【摘要】：正人口老齡化已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今世界許多國(guó)家面臨的共同難題。我國(guó)是"未富先老"的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,人口老齡化必將對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)生活各個(gè)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生深刻而廣泛的影響。廣西是我國(guó)較早進(jìn)入人口老齡化的省區(qū),人口老齡化將會(huì)對(duì)廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。國(guó)務(wù)院提出到2020年,要全面建成以居家為基礎(chǔ)、社區(qū)為依托、機(jī)構(gòu)為支撐的,功能完善、規(guī)模適度、覆蓋城鄉(xiāng)的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系。因此,為了應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),加快推進(jìn)養(yǎng)老服
