【摘要】：為了全面應對環(huán)境危機,我國將以加強環(huán)境服務業(yè)需求側管理為現階段環(huán)保工作的中心,設立環(huán)保服務產業(yè)財政專項資金約1.2萬億元,這將為環(huán)境服務產業(yè)提供非常巨大的發(fā)展機遇。文章利用長三角區(qū)域2010-2014年的季度數據,建立相關回歸方程,結果表明財政直接投入對環(huán)保服務產業(yè)季度產值產生正影響;格蘭杰因果檢驗表明財政直接投入是環(huán)保服務產業(yè)季度產值變化的格蘭杰原因,從而說明回歸方程具有明確的經濟意義,因此,我國政府應采取措施建立持續(xù)性財政投入機制,以促進該產業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively deal with the environmental crisis, our country will take strengthening the demand side management of the environmental service industry as the center of environmental protection work at the present stage, and set up a special financial fund of about 1.2 trillion yuan for the environmental protection service industry. This will provide great development opportunities for the environmental service industry. Based on the quarterly data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2014, the related regression equation is established. The results show that the direct financial input has a positive impact on the quarterly output value of the environmental protection service industry. Granger causality test shows that direct financial input is the Granger reason for the change of quarterly output value of environmental protection service industry, which shows that the regression equation has clear economic significance. Therefore, our government should take measures to establish a sustainable financial investment mechanism. In order to promote the development of the industry.
