【摘要】：正近年來,江蘇省東海縣通過民生資金監(jiān)管平臺的公開運行,構(gòu)筑起"科技+機制"的惠民資金公開新模式。居民輸入自己的名字或身份證號碼就可查看所關(guān)注資金項目的撥付使用情況。截至目前,東�？h已有教育、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)等14個涉及民生資金管理的政府職能部門公開公示了水稻良種補貼、玉米良種補貼、農(nóng)村最低生活補助、村干部報酬、農(nóng)機購置補貼等50余項資金項目,累計超過5億元,監(jiān)管平臺登錄量已超10萬人次。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, through the public operation of the platform of supervision of people's livelihood funds, set up a new model of "science and technology mechanism". Residents enter their own name or ID number to see the allocation of funds of concern. So far, Donghai County has 14 government functional departments involved in the management of people's livelihood funds, such as education, agriculture, forestry, and so on, which have publicly announced subsidies for improved rice varieties, improved maize varieties, minimum living allowances in rural areas, and compensation for village cadres. Agricultural machinery purchase subsidies and more than 50 projects, cumulative more than 500 million yuan, monitoring platform login has exceeded 100000 people.
